Mo in top form on the mud

Mo Farah showed that he has taken his good form from the summer onto the mud with an impressive win at a cross country meeting in Dunkirk, France.

Farah took the scalp of Micah Kogo of Kenya who ran the fastest 10K of the year during the summer. On the last lap Kogo had failed to open daylight and Mo’s late attack saw him hit the front and take a win by two seconds. Farah had just returned from a month of training in South Africa and the run proved his fitness going into the European Champs is at a high level.
