Lusty Glaze Bay are kindly letting us use there toilet and shower facilities. These are located down the steps in the Bay. The cafe will also be open supplying a varity of snacks and drinks.
Drink stations at turn round point on run and in tranistion.
Distance markers on bike course and run course.
Race commentry and music in tranistion
Chip timing with results displayed in real time.
