Walking training

Walking training
When done properly walking is an effective way of boosting your fitness levels. Our sessions can be done in the park, around the streets or on treadmills. You can choose to switch to running once you have a good base of fitness or use walking as a great form of exercise in itself. Your programme is built to suit your level of fitness and your diary. You can change your profile, including your goal, whenever you want to.
